I am an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee and a former NASA Postdoctoral Program (NPP) fellow at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center. My research interests include Sun, Solar Atmosphere, Solar wind, Coronal Mass Ejections, Solar Flare, Inner and Outer Heliosphere, Space Weather, Sun-Earth connections, Space Weather Forecasts using AI/ML.

Research interests

My research interests include the solar origin of space weather drivers, their appearence and evolution in the heliosphere, the effects of their interaction with surroundings, automatic identification of their flux rope structures in the heliosphere, and forecasting space weather geoeffectiveness using analytical and empirical models.
